What data is processed

This website does not send data to any server or store information about its visitors.

When the contact form or the WhatsApp button is used, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message that the visitor chooses whether to send. If it is sent, the owner receives the sender’s name, phone number and any details included: occasion, date, number of guests, location, menu and message. If someone writes by email, the owner receives their email address and the content of the message.

Purpose

To reply to the enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where appropriate, organise the service. The data is not used for marketing.

Legal basis

The consent of the person sending the message and steps taken at their request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Retention

For as long as the conversation or the professional relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. WhatsApp messages are transmitted through the services of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), subject to its own privacy policy; this may involve international transfers covered by the safeguards that provider applies.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to d.ortega.carrasco.xef@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
